No, You can not split an order. For example, if you order 1000 business cards you can not print 2 x 500 using 2 designs of separate names. Each quantity is per 1 design only. If you have multiple files, please add each file to your cart as a separate item in your cart.

Up to the first 2 files for your order. This is meant to be a Book & Cover or Front and Back of an item.

If you are ordering a book, or a multi-paged document, please save your file as 1 PDF file containing all your pages in the correct order rather than saving each page as a file.

This page does not have a file size limit, however it will only allow a maximum of 3 files. If you are trying to send more than 3 files please contact us for assistance. Please rememebr that we ask that you send 1 complete .PDF file in the correct order.

We recommend 300 DPI to 600 DPI. Most of our customers send us 300 DPI and are very happy with the quality. Anything over 600 DPI you probably won’t see any quality difference but the file size will be much much larger. 72dpi images, such as images taken from the internet do not print well!

Orders can only be cancelled before a proof is approved. After a proof is approved the order goes to production and cannot be cancelled. If you did not request a proof, the order goes directly to production and cannot be cancelled.

Due to privacy concerns, we do not send out samples of other customers work. However, there are 2 proofing options available to you on the product pages.

1. Emailed PDF proof. For this option, we will create a print ready PDF of the document you upload and email it to you for approval. 

2. Mail a printed proof. For this option, we will print 1 copy of you file and send it to you for approval.

With either option, your order will remain on hold until the proof is approved. 

"Bleeds" refer to a printing process where the final product has no white borders. This is acheived by adding and extra 0.125" to your design on all sides that will be cut off during the production process. If you would like your file to bleed, but cannot do this, do not worry. Our pre-press team will add bleeds to your file for you if ordered.

For best results, we recommend all images and graphics be saves as CMYK. RGB images can be unpredictable when printing.

Yes. There is a divider sheet attached to the back cover of the form book.

Production time is a selectable option when you place your order. Production time is meausred in business days and does not include transit time. Transit time will then take another 2-5 business days depending on your location and the shipping service you selected during checkout. We can often accomodate orders with a deadline, however it is very important that you let us know your deadline when the order is placed. We can adjust our production time and/or use express shipping to meet a customers deadline. If you have a deadline for your order, you must make note of that at check out. If we cannot meet your deadline, we will contact you right away.

Note:

1. Orders with files that require file work and orders that require finishing, such as binging or folding can take longer to ship.

2. Express shipping will be at an additional charge and is a selectable option when you go to checkout. If you decide at a later time that you would like express shipping, please contact us so we can make the adjustment to your order.

There are three options for designing and customizing a product. Click a product on the left-hand panel and choose one of the options.

1. Custom Design: lets you customize the products. Click it to open the design studio and use multiple tools to create your own design.

2. Upload Design: using this option, you can upload your own PDF, JPEG, PNG, EPS, AI, JPEG and PSD images.

3. Browse Design: use this to select hundreds of pre-loaded templates. Work on them or customize them through our design studio.

The type of paper used for difference purposes is expressed in weight. In the countries following the European system, it is grammes per square metre (gsm or g/m² or simply g) and in the US system it is measured in Pounds (lb or #).

The paper used for writing/printing (letterheads and such stationery) is generally between 20 to 70 lb (60 to 120 gsm) and is generally refered to as text stock or bond. Anything heavier than this is considered card stock, this is measured in points (pt) or gsm. and is typically used for covers, cards (playing cards, postcards, business cards, etc) and promotional materials. The most common weight is 10pt (270gsm)

We produce our work using our fleet of digital offset presses, these use a toner based, CMYK system to produce high resolution and durable products.
