Shipping and Returns

Shipping Method: We ship all orders through Purolator and UPS. Our checkout system calculates the rate based on the weight of the order. Please choose your shipping method at checkout.

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping to many major areas within Canada when the order is over $200 before tax. See the FAQ page for a list of Free Shipping postal codes. Shipping to destinations outside Canada will be subject to shipping rate calculated by the checkout system.

Shipping times: Once an order has left our production facility, we have no control over the time it takes to arrive at its destination. CanadaCopy.com will not be held liable for delays in transit.

Returns: If there is a problem with your order, it must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the order. If a return is needed, all returns must arrive at our production facilities within 7 days of reporting a problem. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returned orders will be inspected and reprinted if the problem is due to our error. If we have made an error and a reprint is not possible, a refunded will issues in accordance with our refund policy.
